PELCO SEMClip geological thin section holders, pin mount

These geological thin section SEM mounts can accommodate 1, 2 or 4 standard a standard geological thin section or petrographic slides secured in place by 2 clips. There are tweezer inserts for easy sample loading. Made from aluminium with copper clips and brass screws. Pin stub PELCO SEMClip can be used with all SEMs using pin stubs: FEI/Philips, ZEISS/LEO, Cambridge, Leica, Amray, CamScan and Tescan.

Replacement SEMClips and screws are available.

Sizes available:

  • 1, 2, 4 thin sections - up to 47 x 27mm (compatible with 45 x 25mm, 46 x 26mm, 46 x 27mm, and 47 x 27mm).
  • Variable thin section from 40-20mm to 75-25mm
  • Screw used is M2 x 3mm, Brass
  • Clips are spring grade beryllium-copper alloy
