The SEM 70° specimen mount is cut to allow advantageous specimen observation. Made of machined aluminium with an M4 thread. Ideal for electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). Compatible with Hitachi TM4000/TM3030/TM3000/TM1000 Tabletop SEM's.
