SEM compact variable tilt specimen mount, M4 cylinder
The SEM compact variable tilt specimen mount allows for easy mounting with M4 cylinder base and ideal SEM investigation with small working distances. Tilting small samples from 0° - 90° with markings for 30°, 45°, 70° and 90°. Made of aluminium with stainless steel screw. Allen key included.
