SEM filter specimen mounts, M4 cylinder
SEM filter specimen holders come in five sizes ranging from 13mm to 90mm diameter. Made from machined aluminium, the clamp holds filters in place onto the base and is attached with one (13mm), two (25mm and 35mm), or three (47 and 90mm) screws. Base is M4 threaded. Socket screws are stainless steel M3 x 6mm, except 13mm holder has a shorter M3 x 4mm screw. Hex key included.
