SEM flat specimen clip mount, M4 cylinder
This specimen holder is made of aluminium with spring-loaded clamping and grounding pin. Accommodates a sample thickness up to 3mm. Pin provides minimal surface clamping area and grounding on the imaged surface.
Short Button Adapter (GTP15372) is needed when used with the Dovetail Stage Adapters (GTP15371 or GTP15397).

- Screw used is 2-56 x 3/32 cup head set screw, stainless steel.
Mount shown with silicon chip held in place.
