SEM large specimen mount, 50-100mm dia., M4 cylinder
The SEM large specimen mounts are ideal for large samples or for mounting multiple samples with conductive adhesive for use with all Hitachi SEM's. Made of aluminium with M4 threads and can be used with dovetail stage adapters.
