- Live run-time graphing
- Simplified protocol selection
- Two USB ports
- Report/Protocol Manager (RPM) app
The kit includes:
E36116-PLUS - PELCO ColdSpot Plus
Allows for applications requiring higher temperatures while maintaining consistent microwave energy through circulated water. The all-welded, solvent resistant polypropylene can withstand temperatures up to 100?C. Glass plate area of 267mm W x 286mm D and overall area of 267mm W x 356mm D x 105mm H.
E36160 - PELCO TissueVac Histology Vacuum Accessory
Engineered specifically for use with the 58 cassette holder and includes an integrated PTFE coated temperature probe for consistent monitoring. The container and lid are made from micro-wave transparent polypropylene. A paraffin heating tile is included as a heat receptor for optimal infiltration. Overall size with handle is 7.94cm height x 17.5cm diameter.
36150 - PELCO HistoWave cassette system
Consists of a 940ml tank with a cassette rack for 26 standard-sized plastic, 22 standard and 2 over-sized cassettes for processing. The system allows for simple solution changes during processing, requiring approximately 500ml of reagent to cover the cassettes and has a hole in the handle for a temperature probe. Dimensions with handle 79.4mm H x 111.2mm square.
Four other Application kits deliver excellent results from microwave to microscope:
- EM tissue processing
- Formaldehyde fixation and EDTA decalcification
- Immunolabeling
- Confocal microscopy and in situ hybridisation
