TruSlice specimen cut-up grossing system

TruSlice specimen cut-up system enables accurate and consistent slicing of tissue specimens and reduced processing times. It is suitable for slicing both fresh and fixed tissue and uses cut inserts to vary the slice thickness from 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm for desired specimen thickness. The system has a small footprint at the grossing bench and is manufactured with 316 stainless steel and is designed to allow quick and easy cleaning. The clear Perspex immobilisation plate enables the grosser to control pressure to the specimen and aid in cutting tissue slices that are not deformed. An optional calibration set is available for the user to check the accuracy of specimen thickness. Optional UKAS Calibration Set ensures confidence  in the accuracy of the grossing system. Optional SureCut Dissection Board specifically developed to accommodate TruSlice system and a calibrated ruler.
