Chien staining pad for TEM grids

These silicone rubber pads have a series of cut slots. When the pad is curved along the slots' axis, they open up and grids may be inserted. Pads hold grids vertically and single drops of staining solution can be applied to one or both sides of the grids. Washing by "flooding" or "irrigation" is safe and time effective. Vertical grid position reduces contamination. PST logo indicates top of pad and direction of slots. The Chien Staining Pad is also ideal for staining grids in the microwave processor. 

FLEXING THIS SPECIAL COMPOSITION MOULD WILL NOT RESULT IN GRIDS FALLING OUT.
