SEM needle clamp specimen mount, M4 cylinder
The SEM needle clamp specimen mount is ideal for use with small tubes, needles or wire with a clamp based on a 15mm diameter x 10mm high cylinder mount with M4 threaded base. Made from vacuum grade aluminium with a stainless steel set screw. Hex key included.

- 2mm diameter hole for samples, 5mm deep
- Screw used is 2-56 x 1/8, Set Cup, stainless steel
- Compatible with Hitachi SEMs
