Ultra micro-tool tip, tungsten, needle tip radius 5um

Micro-Tools are the smallest available precision instruments for laboratory and production use. Micro-Tools are available in different tip configurations with interchangeable tool handle. A threaded (tapped) handle (T900), this holds the tool. The tool is threaded for fixing to the handle, and holds in the case of T901 a needle 15mm x 0.5mm. The last 2mm of the needle are stepped down to only 0.12mm thick, and have a microscopic needle point. Tools on 0.5mm or larger shanks are not stepped down. Tip material is hardened tool steel unless otherwise noted.

Caution: Micro-Tools are very fine, hard and brittle. Take special care when removing from the tube, as contact with the tool can result in damage. These tools, like diamond knives and sapphire micro-scalpels,  are individually inspected and shipped in perfect condition.
