PELCO indicator FIB lift-out TEM grids
PELCO Indicator FIB Lift-Out TEM Grids come in 4, 5, or 8 post formats with an easy to read dot pattern beneath each post and fit in all standard TEM holders providing access, flexibility and full view of the lamella attached to posts. Designed for in-situ lift to attach the TEM lamellas milled out by SEM/FIB or FIB systems.
Size:
Copper is 35?m thick, with 60 x 25 x 190?m (W x D x H) posts and a thin ridge surrounding the posts for extra support.
Molybdenum is 25?m thick, with two narrow posts 60 x 190?m (W x H) and two wide posts 120 x 190?m with a 120 degree notch at the end. Sharp edges.
