SEM top referencing metallographic specimen mounts, M4 cylinder

The SEM top referencing metallographic specimen mount allows for spring-loaded mounting of specimens from 25-32mm diameter and 12.7mm thick for M4 threaded Hitachi SEM. The sample is pressed to the cap by the spring, ensuring the polished face of the specimen is flat across the mount. The mount insert can be removed for larger specimens. Ideal for wide area imaging, and stitching images with minimal focus change between stage moves. Two locations on the dual and four locations on the quad for 12.7mm pin stubs are included for analysis standards with the specimens. Made of aluminium with stainless steel Allen screw, M4 threaded mount.
