SEM triple 70 deg. thin section specimen clip mount, pin mount
This triple thin section mount is made of aluminium with spring-loaded brass clamping and grounding clip and holds sample at a 70° angle. Clip width is 6.35mm. Accommodates a sample thickness up to 11mm. The clip provides minimal surface clamping area and grounding on the imaged surface.
Specifications:
- Fixed 70° angle, 6.35mm clip width
- Screws used are 4-40 x 3/16 truss head screw, stainless steel and 2-56 x 3/16 pan head, stainless steel.
Mount shown with silicon chips held in place.
