SEM 70 deg. specimen mount holder, pin mount and M4 cylinder
The SEM 70°pre-tilt holder specimen mount gives higher SE signal without tilting the specimen stage. Made of machined aluminium with stainless steel Allen key screw. It can be used with 15mm M4 mounts on M4 threaded pin or the pin can be removed to accept 12.7mm diameter, 3.2mm pin stub mounts. Pin can be rotated and fixed for optimum position. Allen key included, screw used is M3 x 3mm set screw.
