The PELCO SEMClamp specimen mount is a 15mm diameter x 10mm high cylinder mount with a M4 threaded base is ideal for holding flat or thin specimens such as silicon chips, wires, foil and small tubes. Made from vacuum grade aluminium with brass screw. Screw used is M2 x 3mm, Pan, Brass.
