SEM vice specimen mount, M4 cylinder
The SEM vice specimen mount can hold a variety of specimens up to 11mm in width. The length of the jaws are 25.4mm with M4 threaded base. Made of aluminium with stainless steel screws, Allen key included.
- Over diameter is 31.75mm
- Screws used are 6-32 x 3/4 vented socket cap head screw and 6-32 x 5/16 flat head screw, stainless steel
- Compatible with Hitachi and other SEMs
