SEM 45/90 deg. pin mount holder and thin section mount, pin mount
The SEM 45/90° specimen mount and cross section holder has a 3.2 diameter pin stub base and is a combined specimen holder for 90° cross sections of wafers or thin samples up to 6.35mm and a pin stub at 45°. Made of aluminium with stainless steel set screws. Hex key included.
Specifications:
- Screws used are 6-32 x 1/4 set screw and 6-32 x 3/8 set screw, 316 stainless steel
- Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs
