SEM 45/90 deg. specimen mounts, M4 cylinder
The SEM 45/90° specimen mounts is cut to allow advantageous specimen observation. Made of machined aluminium with an M4 thread. Compatible with Hitachi TM4000/TM3030/TM3000/TM1000 Tabletop SEM's.
