SEM specimen mounts with engraved divisions, pin mount
The SEM specimen mounts with engraved divisions are made from quality machined aluminium with a smooth surface. The engraved and numbered divisions can accommodate multiple smaller samples instead of mounting single samples on single mounts. Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs.
