SEM 45 deg. multi specimen M4 mount holders, M4 cylinder
The SEM 45°multi specimen mount holders give higher SE signal without tilting the specimen stage and can hold up to 3 or 6 M4 threaded mounts with a M4 threaded base. Made of aluminium with stainless steel screws. Compatible with all Hitachi SEM stage adapters using M4 thread.

- 3 mount holder - 25mm diameter x 14mm
- 6 mount holder - 35mm diameter x 14mm
