SEM variable tilt specimen M4 mount holder, M4 cylinder
The SEM variable tilt specimen M4 mount holder can accommodate up to 15mm M4 cylinder mounts with a M4 mount base. Tilt angles from 0 - 90° with 10° markings, additional marking for 45°. Made of aluminium with stainless steel screws. Allen wrench included.
- Tilt table size is 26 x 20mm
- Overall size is 33 x 20 x 19mm H
- Screws used are M2 x 6mm, socket head cap screw and M2 x 3mm, set screw, stainless steel
- Compatible with Hitachi SEMs
