SEM specimen mounts, mini head, pin mount
The SEM mini head specimen mounts are ideal for small samples or parts which need to be examined individually. Made from stainless steel, aluminium or copper. Takes less space with a head diameter of 6.5mm, small samples are easier to locate and it is a low cost alternative for the standard size mount.
Specifications:
- Long pin stub: 3.2mm diameter, 9.5mm long
- Short pin stub: 3.2mm diameter, 6.25mm long
- Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs
