PELCO SEM specimen pin mount extender, pin mount
The PELCO SEM specimen pin mount extender is 12.5mm high and brings pin stubs and pin stub sample holders to a closer working distance with SEM sample stages. Multiple extenders are stackable with 3.2mm pin stubs or pin stub SEM holders with maximum pin length of 10mm. Made of vacuum grade aluminium with stainless steel hex set screw. Hex key included. Screw used is M3 x 3mm, Set, stainless steel.
