The SEM dovetail stage adapter is made of aluminium and is compatible with the JEOL SEMs listed below. It can be used with any of the modular SEM specimen holders where the SEM stage travel permits. Includes M4 screw.
Compatible JEOL SEMs: 5800/5900/5910/6460/6480/6490/6610 and JIB-4500 FIB/SEM
