SEM stub extensions for Hitachi, 9-25mm and locking nuts
Hitachi stub extensions are stackable M4 threaded (top and bottom) extensions for shorter working distance in SEM. They come in various sizes and materials.
Sizes:
- 9mm length with 2mm thick and 30mm ? locking nut
- 12mm length with 4mm thick 16mm ? locking nut
- 18mm length with 4mm thick with 16mm ? locking nut
- 25mm length with 4mm thick 16mm ? locking nut
- 2mm thick and 30mm ? locking nut
- 4mm thick 16mm ? locking nut
