PELCO SEMClamp specimen mount, pin mount
The PELCO SEMClamp specimen mount is a 12.7mm diameter mount with a 3.2mm diameter pin stub ideal for holding flat or thin specimens such as silicon chips, wires, foil and small tubes. Made from vacuum grade aluminium with brass screw. Screw used is M2 x 3mm, Pan, Brass.
