SEM finder grids, tapered arms
The SEM finder & locator grid for specimen mount is designed for use with large specimens to locate and isolate areas of interest. A central annulus surrounds the required area, with a small pointer for orientation. The long arms are tapered and are identified by N, S, E, W. with two small markers of 500µm and 300µm lengths are incorporated in the central ring.
Size:
- Inner ring has 2mm inside diameter and 4mm outside diameter
- 16mm across the legs
- Thickness is approx. 12µm
