PELCO sapphire disc substrates

The PELCO Sapphire Discs are made from high purity clear sapphire (Al2O3), ground and optically polished on both sides. They are mechanical grade sapphire and suitable for a number of applications.

• Suitable for CLEM – allows for fluorescent imaging of cells before high pressure freezing
