Store AFM/STM discs in a dust-free environment designed for 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 20mm discs. Discs protect specimens placed within the box cavity, sliding cover allows for maximum specimen height of 3.2mm. Use the AFM Disc Magnetic Pickup Tool to keep fingers off the discs.
