SEM vice specimen mount, large slotted, M4 cylinder
These SEM slotted large vice specimen mounts allow for set screw vice clamping of thin sections and cross sections without the need for conductive paint. Made from machined aluminium with 2 stainless steel hex key screws, hex key included. Screw used is M3 x 6mm, flat head set screw, stainless steel. Hitachi TM4000/TM3030/TM3000/TM1000 tabletop SEM's.
