SEM multi specimen pin mount holders, M4 cylinder
The SEM multi specimen mount holders can hold 3.2mm diameter pin stubs and has a M4 threaded base. Made of aluminium with stainless steel Allen key screws. Allen key included. Screw used is 6-32 x 1/8 hex set, stainless steel. Compatible with all Hitachi stage adapters using M4 thread, for use with Hitachi TM1000/TM3000 tabletop SEMs.
