PELCO micrometer measuring stand

The PELCO Micrometer Measuring Stand is designed with a large accessible area for measuring flatness of mounted samples for dimpling or other precision thinning applications. The granite slab has a maximum runout of 1.26µm, allowing for precise checking of wax or temporary adhesive mounted specimens prior to further processing.

Suitable for both small and large samples, the digital micrometer is accurate to ±1µm. The long arm allows for comparison, flatness, and dimple depth testing of large specimens such as full wafers or circuit boards where a target chip is being dimpled or delayered.
