SEM dovetail stage adapter for Hitachi SU-3500/SU-5000
The SEM dovetail stage adapter is made of vacuum grade aluminium to fit on the Hitachi SU-3500 and SU-5000 SEM. Use stub extensions to increase height. Can be used with any of the modular SEM specimen holders where the SEM stage travel permits.
