SEM needle clamp specimen mount, pin mount
The SEM needle clamp specimen mount is ideal for use with small tubes, needles or wire with a clamp based on a 12.7mm diameter mount, 3.2mm diameter pin stub. Made from vacuum grade aluminium with a stainless steel set screw. Hex key included.
Specifications:
- 2mm diameter hole for samples, 6.5mm deep
- Screw used is 2-56 x 1/8, Set Cup, stainless steel
- Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs
