SEM vice specimen mount, M4 cylinder
The SEM slotted specimen mount with M4 thread allows easy clamping of thin sections and cross sections up to 3.2mm thick without the need for conductive paint. Made from machined aluminium with stainless steel hex key screw, hex key included. Screw used is 2-56 x 1/4 hex set screw, stainless steel. Compatible with Hitachi TM1000/TM3000 tabletop SEMs.
