The SEM specimen mounts with engraved divisions are made from quality machined aluminium with a smooth surface. The engraved and numbered divisions can accommodate multiple smaller samples instead of mounting single samples on single mounts. Compatible with Hitachi TM4000/TM3030/TM3000/TM1000 tabletop SEM's.
