SEM vice specimen mount, pin mount
The SEM vice specimen mount can hold a variety of specimens up to 11mm in width. The length of the jaws are 25.4mm with a 3.2mm diameter pin stub base. Made of aluminium with stainless steel screws, hex key included.
Specifications:
- Over diameter is 31.75mm
- Screws used are 6-32 x 3/4 vented socket cap head screw and 6-32 x 5/16 flat head screw, stainless steel
- Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs
