SEM wafer specimen mounts, M4 cylinder
The SEM wafer holders can hold specimens from 25-200mm in diameters. Made of aluminium with brass clips. Each wafer holder has two fixed clips and one spring-loaded clip to secure the wafer on the holder (stainless steel pegs on the 25mm holder). Cut-outs are provided for easy wafer removal (except for 127mm). The 25mm holder uses two fixed tapered cones and one spring loaded tapered cone to hold the wafer.
