The serial block-face EM specimen mounts are designed for use with the Thermo Scientific VolumeScope. The pin stub mounts are 8mm in diameter with a 2mm specimen flat and grooved area for improved handling. For consistent and reliable SBEM preparation, the PELCO BioWave Pro+ (PEL36700-230) is ideal with tissue to block in less than 6 hours.
