The SEM specimen mounts for use with the DEBEN coolstage for low vacuum and natural SEMs from JEOL, Hitachi, Zeiss, FEI and CamScan. Made from vacuum grade aluminium with excellent thermal conductivity. Compatible with all Mk2.5 and Mk. 3 DEBEN Coolstages.
