TEM/FIB 90 deg. grid mount, pin mount
The TEM/FIB 90° grid holder is ideal for transmission EBSD. The holder is made of machined aluminium, the clip is made of a phosphor bronze alloy, and the screw is brass.

- Pin - 3.2mm diameter x 7.9mm long
